What about steaks? I think that’s literally authentic American food, which is best cooked in America. I think I even read about Texas and top-level beef raised there. Moreover, online stores like Gourmet Food Store - literally this is the best place in the USA to buy Japanese Wagyu beef. In short, I think American cuisine is about meat, barbecue parties, steaks, and all that. And Americans can indeed be proud of that. |

Not sure if I can remember anything either. The first thing that comes to mind is fast food, honestly. And also very diverse Mexican cuisine, because there are a lot of Mexicans in America who have opened their restaurants. But that’s still Mexican cuisine, not American. |
