Has anyone here had recent experiences with the customer service teams at smaller regional banks? I’ve been thinking of switching to a local bank for more personalized service but have concerns about the quality of support, especially when it comes to resolving urgent issues. I’d love to hear feedback on how these banks handle customer requests. Are they responsive, and do they provide the kind of detailed support that we usually expect from larger institutions?
