Great theme! Recently, I was faced with a refusal to return a low-quality product. The store referred to its internal rules and refused to return the goods and refund the money. Unfortunately for them, I knew my consumer rights and made up a claim with links to the Consumer Protection Act and sent it to the store. A few days later, the money was returned to me. My advice to everyone: always study your rights, demand a written refusal with an explanation of the reasons. Your perseverance and knowledge of the laws will help you achieve justice!
