What's the Best Rock Weight for Curling Practice?

Hey everyone,

I've been curling for a couple of years now, and I'm trying to improve my consistency with draw weight. I’ve been using standard rocks at our local rink, but I’m curious if there are different weights or types of rocks that might be better for specific practice drills.

Has anyone experimented with different rock weights or maybe even modified their practice routines to level devil improve their draw accuracy? I’m especially interested in how slight variations in rock weight might affect my technique. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!
