Disappointing Experience at Adventure Park: Seeking Advice

I recently took my family to an adventure park, and our experience was quite frustrating. The staff was inattentive, and the facilities were not well-maintained. The equipment seemed old, and there were several safety hazards. Despite the high entry fee, we didn't receive the quality of service we expected. Has anyone else had a similar experience at other adventure parks? How did you handle it, and what steps did you take to address the issues? I’m considering writing a formal complaint but would like to hear from others first.

I documented everything and sent a detailed complaint to the park management. Including the comparison to Torrey Pines Golf Course customer service really helped emphasize my point. I appreciate your guidance and hope this leads to better experiences for others in the future.
