Not that it should be surprising news, but Vicky Wright is officially retired.

Team Dropkin will be replacing Joe Polo (unsurprising) and Alex Fenson. Nice insta post but I'm thinking Alex didn't take the news super well since he has since unfollowed Korey and the team account.

Mili Smith stepping away from F/T curling. Will be interesting to see who joins Team Muirhead now, if they’ll even still be a team?

I imagine that they will let Eve pick whoever she wants from the other teams and the players will have no choice.

It's interesting because I thought the rumour was eve herself was retiring but apparently that was wrong.
I'd imagine she will team up with people she curled with during that experimental period. Perhaps aitken and morrison join her

They’ll just do a pool and roll with the hot hand again. There’s no defined “Team Muirhead”. That’s not how curling really works in Scotland.
They’ll select the individual players that give us the best chance to win particular tournaments. Experience, form and team dynamics all come in to it.

So Mouthy Moulding couldn't even make it to a new season with Gratton. Meanwhile, Bottcher's team is thriving. Good to see.

Interesting lineup for sure. Also a few of those teams on their rankings (Carey, Jones) have a schedule of events posted. Unfortunate many more have error code on their pages.

Also one thing that I noticed from it is Emile Asselin joining team Asselin formerly team Fournier.
Aileen Geving would replace Nina Roth on team Peterson.
Michele Jaeggi coming back to skip team Schori (Since Howald left for team Tirinzoni)
Team Nancy Martin with Stephanie Schmidt, Jennifer Armstrong and Krysten Karwacki.
Also one thing to note. If teams keep 3 of their 4 players, they can either keep the points they've earned or the points the new curler earned with their former team whichever is higher, so you see a taem like Carey which kept 3 out of 4 getting Liz's points from playing with Fleury, but Harnden on Gushue getting team Gushue's points.

Ross Paterson calls it a career and is retiring from full time curling.
At the worlds, he was throwing fourth stones but Kyle Waddell was the skip. I wonder if they’ll look for a new front end player and have Waddell skip and throw the traditional fourth stones.

Goes out on a high note after getting to play Worlds. Probably saw chances of beating Mouat juggernaut as extremely slim. Solid player, good career.

US teams confirmed: Here are the changes:
Colin Huffman listed as alternate on team Schuster, Team Dropkinmakes one change: Stopera replaces Polo and they keep the same front end of Fenner and Howell. (No Fenson on the team though) Cory Christensen replacing Nina Roth on team Peterson. Sarah Anderson will skip the other team with Taylor Anderson staying at lead, Lexi Lanigan at second and Leah Yavarow at third.
Also on mixed double teams, I see Schuster/Geving who is a mixed doubles specialist I guess now. Christensen-Dropkin, S Anderson-Stopera, T. Anderson-Ben Richardson are the new teams while Persinger-Plys and the Hamiltons stay together.

Lots of speculation about Horgan's new team (Moulding, J. Horgan, Hodgson).
Anyone know who is joining Laing on McEwen's new front end? McEwen, Fry, Laing are basically a lock. Maybe Beuk? Bring back Savill?

McEwen, Fry, Beuk and Lainger? - I know it isn't but it could almost be a Manitoba team. I thought I saw where Laing is working in Wpg this season, did I not? Residence, Work, Birth - there's three. But a Toronto based team will be interesting to follow. Now we wait for Colin's announcement. He posted on his Twitter this morning that it will be soon. EDIT: I see from your event link that Colin is confirmed with Horgan... but who will be the third??? Therein lies the suspense. :-) EDIT - on FB 3rd is Darren Moulding. 1 minute ago.
