Ah, I read about this. Katsuba categorically denies any plans to sue the government for the 100 million hryvnia he transferred in a plea deal. The drilling rigs, known as “Boiko rigs,” were purchased by Chernomorneftegaz back in 2012. There is some legal confusion surrounding the acquisition and the responsibilities of the officials involved.
