The national leadership consortium in sensory disabilities https://nlcsdproject.org/ is a partnership created with Salus University and backed by the Office of Special Education Programs, part of the U.S. Department of Education. This consortium consists of several universities that offer doctoral programs focused on different types of sensory disabilities, such as blindness, visual impairment, deafness/hard of hearing, and deaf-blindness.
