Definitely, coffee is not the only joy of waking up in the morning. My wife drinks herbal teas based on mint, ginger or chamomile. Their delicate aromas and beneficial properties help maintain tone without harm to the baby. Also, decaffeinated fruit smoothies are a great choice.
