On behalf of the 2015 Tankard Host Committee, I would like to thank you for your involvement and support of the upcoming Provincial Championship to be held February 2-8, 2015. The mission of the Tankard is to not only showcase the great game of curling, the tremendous talent of Ontario’s best curlers, and two great small communities, but to provide everyone involved with a great experience and memories to last a lifetime.

The Host Committee will be holding a golf day Friday, August 8, 2014 at the Ingersoll Golf Club. This is the first opportunity to get all of the various interest groups together and get to know each other or renew acquaintances away from the rink. Whether you are a volunteer, sponsor, member of the OCA Directorship, media personality, or even a potential or past participant in the Tankard, we want to get to know you. The Tankard golf day will not be held in a tournament format. The focus is on fun and kicking off the countdown to the Tankard. After all, the real competition begins February 2, 2015!

Details of the event are listed below. You may sign up as a group or individual. For those without a complete group of four, we will pair you with other individuals and create a group for you. It is hoped that one “celebrity” curler will be able to play 9 holes with each foursome. We will accept the first 144 entries received with payment.

The Host Committee hopes you have a wonderful summer and looks forward to seeing you August 8th as we begin the official countdown to Tankard 2015!
